How much do you earn?

On an average transaction in Barcelona, your share is around €4,200.

La Llave charges the owner a fee of 3.6% of the transaction amount. You receive 1.2% of the price for bringing us the property. If you invited the person who brought it, you receive an additional 0.24%; if you also invited the person who invited them, 0.12% more.
