Why not use the public portals?
Portals are great for maximum mass visibility. But that reach comes at a cost: your flat is exposed to sightseers, neighbours, competitors and chains of agencies. It lowers the sense of exclusivity and attracts people who aren't buying. La Llave sells quietly for those who value discretion.
What kinds of flat do you sell?
Mainly resale homes from €250,000 upwards in residential areas of Barcelona (Eixample, Gràcia, Sarrià, Sant Gervasi, Sant Andreu, Poblenou). Also high-end flats in Pedralbes and Sant Gervasi. If your flat is priced lower, we can still help — it depends on the area.
How long does it take to close?
It depends on the price. Flats priced in line with the market close in 30-60 days. Overpriced ones take longer. If your flat is at market price, it shouldn't take more than 2 months from first contact to the notary.
How much do you charge?
3.6% of the sale price + VAT. We only charge if you sell. No monthly fees, no listing fees, no penalties for withdrawing.
What if I find the buyer myself?
You owe us nothing. We work without exclusivity. We only charge when the buyer comes through our network.
