This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website lallave.co (hereinafter, the “Platform”), in compliance with Ley 34/2002, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act, LSSI-CE).
1.Identification of the provider
The "La Llave" Platform is currently operated by its founders in the MVP phase, without prejudice to the subsequent incorporation of a responsible commercial company.
Until such incorporation is completed, the single point of contact for the purposes of the LSSI-CE, the GDPR (RGPD) and complaints is the email address [email protected].
Real estate brokerage activity, where applicable in Catalan territory, is carried out under the registration of one of the founders in the Registro de Agentes Inmobiliarios de Cataluña (Register of Real Estate Agents of Catalonia, AICAT), whose details may be provided upon request of a competent authority or of the interested User.
2.Purpose of the service
The Platform makes available to adult natural persons a tool for referring property opportunities to owners or partner professionals and, in the event of an actual sale, receiving a commission for commercial success.
Use of the Platform is free of charge for the User. The Platform does not guarantee that any transaction will materialise or that any commission will be obtained.
3.Conditions of use
Access to and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions published at /en/terminos, as well as of the Privacy Policy published at /en/privacidad.
The User undertakes to make lawful use of the Platform, refraining from any conduct that may damage the image, interests or rights of the Platform, of other Users or of third parties.
4.Intellectual and industrial property
The "La Llave" brand, the lallave.co domain, and the logos, texts, code and designs of the Platform are the property of its founders and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the contents without express written authorisation is prohibited.
5.Limitation of liability
The Platform is not liable for any damage or loss arising from technical failures, service interruptions, computer viruses or actions of third parties beyond its reasonable control.
The Platform is not liable for the content of links to external sites that may appear on its pages, nor for the truthfulness or accuracy of the information provided by Users when referring opportunities.
6.Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
