Why aren't parking spaces on the public portals?
Because the owner of an empty space rarely wants to pay €200/year to advertise it when it rents for €80/month. Almost all parking transactions happen by word of mouth within the building itself. La Llave connects that invisible supply with genuine buyers.
How long does it take to sell or rent out a parking space?
Much faster than a flat. A well-located space for sale closes in 2-4 weeks; for rent it usually takes under 1-2 weeks. Demand is high in Barcelona city and central Madrid.
How much does it cost to sell or rent out my space with you?
Total commission of 4.8% of the sale price, or one month's rent for rentals. We only get paid if it closes. No contracts, no exclusivity, no fees.
