At La Llave, teamwork multiplies opportunities. When you invite another partner to the network, you can both benefit from the deals that come out of it.

    Every La Llave partner has their own unique QR code. It is your personal key for inviting others to join the network.

    Share your QR code with another partner and, when they join the network through your link, you are automatically connected.

    They spot an opportunity

    Your referral identifies a flat, commercial unit or building that could be sold or let, and shares it on the platform.

    Our team validates, manages and closes the deal with full professionalism and in full compliance with the law.

The partner who spots the opportunity receives their share of the deal. You receive an additional percentage for having brought them into the network. The platform records and distributes everything automatically. The more partners you invite, the more opportunities you share. Your network works with you, wherever you are.

Common questions

How much does it cost to take part in La Llave?+
It is free for partners. There is no sign-up fee and no monthly fee. You only get paid when a deal closes successfully.
How are commissions calculated?+
The owner pays 3.6%of the sale price (or one month's rent for lettings), only if the deal closes. We explain each partner's share when you sign up, and you can see it broken down in your dashboard for every deal.
When do I get my commission?+
You get paid once the deal has formally closed and the client has paid La Llave. In your dashboard you will see every deal with its status: pending completion, closed and awaiting payment, or paid.
How do I receive payment?+
By bank transfer or by whatever method you agree with the team. La Llave issues a payment receipt you can use for your own tax records.
Do I need to be self-employed to take part?+
If your commissions are occasional and small, you are not required to register as self-employed. If the activity becomes regular or exceeds the legal thresholds (check with your accountant), you must register accordingly. In any case, you are responsible for declaring your commissions for tax purposes.
Is it compatible with my job as a building concierge?+
Yes, as long as your contract allows it. La Llave does not replace your job or require you to neglect your duties. Activity on the platform is carried out in a personal capacity and outside your working hours. Read our Terms for the legal details.
What information can I share and what can't I?+
You may only share information about a property when the owner has authorised you to do so. Using residents' private data obtained through your job is prohibited. Section 9 of the Terms sets out which platform information is confidential.
How do I invite another partner?+
You will find your unique link and QR code in your dashboard. Share them by WhatsApp, email or in person with the QR code. When the new partner completes their registration through your link, you are permanently connected.
Do I earn anything if I invite other partners?+
Yes. You also earn when the partners you invite close deals. You can see the details in your dashboard.
Can I leave the platform whenever I want?+
Yes. You can ask to leave at any time by writing to [email protected]. Commissions earned on deals that have already closed are kept and paid according to the usual schedule.
