If you are selling, your home never appears on any portal or in any conversation. We present it only to verified buyers and, if you prefer, only to those you approve.
If you are buying, we search on your behalf through our network of building concierges for properties that are never advertised, without your name ever circulating.
We never say who we work with
No names, no references, no “we have worked with…”. Not even after the deal is done.
Confidentiality in writing
If you prefer, we sign a non-disclosure agreement with you before discussing the property.
Exclusive dedication
A founding partner personally handles your transaction, together with a registered estate agent (API) and legal advice all the way to the notary. No call centres, no forms.
Viewings without exposure
Coded references, the address only when strictly necessary, and viewings outside normal hours if you ask.
Verified buyers only
Identity and financial standing checked, and a signed confidentiality undertaking. Nobody else sees your property.
Bespoke fees
