Parking spaces too
You get paid sooner with parking spaces. They close in 1-3 weeks and hardly any are on a portal: you know the ones in your building.

How much does it cost to sell with La Llave?
3.6% of the sale price, and only if it sells. No exclusivity and no upfront payments.
Why not just use the public portals?
Because they expose your flat to thousands of onlookers, lower the sense of exclusivity and attract chains of agencies that add commission without adding value. Our network works quietly and only shows the flat to people who can buy it.
Do I have to sign an exclusive agreement if I sell with you?
No. We work without exclusivity. If you find a buyer yourself or through another channel, you owe us nothing. We only get paid if the buyer comes through our network.
Who is the concierge — I don't know them?
A building's porters and concierges know the residents better than anyone. La Llave gives them the tool to reconnect genuine supply and demand in their building without opaque intermediaries.
What if the buyer needs financing?
We work with independent mortgage advisers who can guide the buyer. No flat is shown to anyone until we know the deal is viable.
