How we protect your privacy

Selling without anyone knowing isn't a slogan: it's how the whole process works.

1. Nothing is published

Your home never appears on any portal, social network, shop window or board. There is no advert with photos or an address that can be found online.

The valuation report you receive is private: it only opens with the link we send you, and search engines do not index it.

2. What data we keep

The details you give us to work on your sale: your name, how to contact you, the address and features of the property, and the price you have in mind.

We use them only to value your property and find it a buyer. We do not sell them or share them for advertising.

3. Who sees what

Our team, who handle your transaction together with a registered estate agent (API).

The trusted person who introduced your case to us (for example, your building's concierge) can see that we are working on your sale and at what stage it is, but not the financial details of the offers.

Buyers do not see your details. First they see a profile without an address or photos; only if it fits and you approve it do we give them more information.

4. What every buyer signs

Before joining the club, every buyer verifies their identity and financial standing and accepts a confidentiality undertaking: not to share the information, not to publish it, and not to contact you or the people around you outside La Llave.

Anyone who breaches it is removed from the club.

5. What happens with your address

Your address is never shared with any buyer without your permission. We ask you before giving any detail that could identify the property, and only to a specific verified buyer.

Viewings are arranged with you: when, who and how, even outside normal hours if you prefer.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. All the legal details are in our Privacy Policy (/en/privacidad).
